BEFORE SIGNING
- Receive this “What we do” document of what we will be doing
- Receive the Step by Step guide to selling your home
- Phone call / in person meeting / video conference to discuss the process
- Valuation of your home. Can be done one of the following ways: In Person, Facetime/video tour, or selective pictures
SIGNING PROCESS
- Will typically be done by electronic signature
- Prior to signing, we will go through it together, either by video conference, phone call or in person if wanted and comfortable
- New documents & guidelines for Sellers & Buyers which we will go through together
AFTER SIGNING / BEFORE GOING LIVE
We typically take 3-5 Days from the time we sign before we go officially for sale. This gives time for:
- Time to clean and prepare
- Arrange for a professional photographer & iGuide virtual tour
- We will do measurements of the house by laser measuring
- Signage & lockbox installed
- MLS Listing will be sent to you to verify prior to going live.
- Set up the personal concierge for showing requests
FIRST WEEK
- MLS listing
- Point2Homes
- Video advertising of the house on social media
- Facebook, Instagram posts
- Seaway News print ad
- Royal Lepage website
- Team Bissonnette website
- Kijiji (Montreal, Ottawa, Cornwall)
- Posted on the Royal Lepage office board as a new listing
- *virtual open house*
FIRST MONTH
- Homefinder (Eastern Ontario) Ad
- Seaway News ad every 2nd week
- Kijiji ads refreshed every 2 weeks
- New social media posts every 2-3 weeks
- Virtual or In Person Open House
- Weekly update on Friday with the statistics of how the ads are performing and what to expect.
FOLLOWING MONTHS
- Price Reduction to refresh the listing
- Homefinder (Eastern Ontario) Ad every 2-3 weeks
- Seaway News every 2nd week
- Virtual or In Person Open House
- Refresh the Kijiji, Facebook ads
- Refresh the exterior pictures every 3rd month if required
